Full Planning

Starting at $7000.

Sometimes our clients simply don’t have the time to figure out all the logistics that go into a large event. With this package, our team will help with everything design-related to the nitty gritty To-Do’s you have. We will attend every meeting, help you find the best vendors in the industry using our exclusive vendor list, and keep track of your budget so you stay within your limits. We help with every task from making welcome bags, the wedding website, every meeting and appointment needed, to of course the design and coordination that is needed. Get access to an exclusive client portal where we will have a budget tracker, weekly to-do lists to stay organized, and all vendor information organized for your convenience. This package is ideal to book soon after your engagement, whether that be 6-24 months out.

Partial Planning

Starting at $4500.

Hiring a partial planner is ideal at least 4 months out. This looks like meetings with the venue, creating a layout rendering, full design collaboration, the detailed timeline included in our day-of package, and vendor referrals/communication. Not only do we manage the day of the event, we also will be there to set up, manage, and take down if you have a rehearsal, welcome party, or any other type of event the night before. Event management
